All Homeowners and Tenants are required to follow the following rules:

• All Animals must be on a leash at all times while outside the Dwelling.
  
  

• Animal owners are responsible for picking up any excrement and properly disposing of it in their trash.
  
  

•  HOA Waste Bag Stations are Provided for the community.
  
  

• No Animal is permitted on another owner’s property without permission. Please respect your neighbor’s yard and take advantage of our wonderful common areas see map below.
  
  

• When walking your dog on the common area grass, your help in refraining Dog urine on landscape bushes and plants.
  
  

• When walking on the community sidewalks, please “short leash your animal” to keep them off owner’s front yards,

Who you need to contact should you have any of the following issues:

Excessive Barking dogs:

This is a possible disturbing the peace and a city violation and you should call the Durham Police non emergency line at 919-560-4600.

Unleashed /Roaming/ Lost Animals:

Contact Animal Control@ Durham Sheriff Office at 919-560-0900.
