HOA Mailbox Information

Mail Box Type and Color: Gibraltar Large Elite Black, "B" sold at The Home Depot or online - Galvanized Steel Black Color ONLY

Mailbox Numbers -4 Inch Maximum-No restrictions on font but if you are looking to match existing numbers-Here is Specific Type  and size below found by a HOA member. (2.5 inches)

Post Color: Botany Beige by Sherwin Williams semi-gloss or equivalent-see HOA for free exact match paint

Protective Base Plates and  Mailbox  Color :  Black 

Painting Tips:

- Remove the black mailbox first (screws at base), use painter's tape on the solar cap and also around the two "S" Badges, and the protective black base plate added by the HOA last year. The steel black mailbox sits on wood, so it is  essential to keep that painted to hold off wood rot.

-Should your mailbox be faded or rusted, which does not keep with the neat and tidy expectations for homeowners, instead of buying a new mailbox, you can remove the box from the screws at the base, tape off your numbers and use flat black (rust proof) spray paint to bring it back to life.
