HOA Dues and membership is mandatory. We currently collect for this annual payment every January.
2025 Dues assessment is set for $425.00 per member. Members Annual Meeting held in first quarter of each year.
HOA dues are used for operational expenses which include the maintenance of all common areas, landscape lighting, storm water pond(s), HOA liability insurance and dog bag stations.
Buyers/Realtors/Attorneys- The HOA charges a New Owner Working Capital contribution fee of $350.00 made payable to the HOA. Governing Documents for our HOA are found on this website.
Streets and Sidewalks are City Owned and Maintained (Public). Please contact l Durham One Call-919-560-1200 to report any issues with our Roads or Sidewalks. Proper Street Parking is Allowed but is Discouraged whenever possible due to street travel widths.
