Pet Areas

For the enjoyment and safety of all residents and pets, Stoneybrook Cottages HOA provides designated pet waste bag stations throughout the community, with bags supplied for your convenience. Residents are asked to please clean up after their pets and properly dispose of waste in accordance with Durham County Health and Safety Regulations. Your cooperation helps maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for everyone in our community.

Library

Stoneybrook Cottages HOA features a community book exchange / lending library where residents are encouraged to borrow, return, and share books with neighbors. Located beside the library is a sitting bench where residents can relax, read, and enjoy a quiet moment within the community. This shared space helps promote a welcoming and neighborly atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

Guest Parking

The streets within Stoneybrook Cottages are public roadways. All residents, guests, and service vehicles are required to follow all Durham County traffic, parking, and safety regulations at all times. Please be considerate of neighbors by avoiding blocked driveways, fire lanes, sidewalks, and mailboxes. Proper parking helps ensure safe access for emergency vehicles, deliveries, and daily community traffic flow.
